INTRODUCTION 

• In the first advanced cooking class, the first thing we did was to introduce ourselves. We talk about who we are, what our passion is, why we are at La Sabana University and what we expect from the class. Afterwards, the class program was explained, what will be seen during the whole semester, the evaluations, the groups, the schedules, the rules.
